A: In order to protect the integrity of the brand and the products to remain under strict quality control, you would not be permitted to sell on platforms such as Ebay, Amazon, Marketplace, Poshmark etc.
Q: What is the product return policy?
A: There is a 90 day money back guarantee on all products purchased by any client, Affiliate Partner, or Independent Consultant.
Q: Are there any monthly fees?
A: There are no monthly fees from Arbonne. Arbonne does use a 3rd party company to send out payments, operated by Hyperwallet. In the month that you receive a payment, Hyperwallet will charge $1.50 USD. This information is available when setting up your payments.
Q: Is there a minimum sales amount to get paid?
A: There is NO minimum sales quota to meet to get paid your commission. Every sale you get gets paid out on the following Tuesday.
Q: What brand owns these products?
A: These products are manufactured by a health and wellness company called Arbonne.
Q: Who owns Arbonne?
A: Arbonne is owned by Groupe Rocher, a French family-owned company. They are also owners of the well known brand Yves Rocher.
Q: Do I receive any kind of paystub or proof of income?
A: Arbonne provides information on each transaction along with monthly income statements. You also receive the correct documents for tax purposes as a self-employed person in your country.
Q: Could I be an Affiliate with more than one company?
A: Yes, many of our partners affiliate with other brands alongside Arbonne.
Q: Do I have to purchase any products?
A: You are never required to purchase any products. However, we have seen those who at least try the product for themselves have a much better success rate at getting sales.
Q: Am I required to recruit any kind of team?
A: Affiliate Partners are not required to start a team. This is always an option (as it does open up another way to get paid), but never a requirement. We have many affiliates who choose to only sell, and never recruit.
Q: Could I cancel my account?
A: Affiliate Partners/Independent Consultants can cancel their initial registration, and receive a refund within 3 days. They can also at any given time choose to stop working since they are considered self-employed and not under any obligation.
